Frequently Asked Questions 

Yes.  For the safety and well-being of your children, we strictly enforce our no shoe/no bare feet policy while on our carpets.  This includes children and parents.  We do have socks available for purchase at the front desk should you forget yours.

We do not allow outside food and drinks.  We do make exceptions to this rule for special diet restrictions.  Store bought desserts are always welcome to add the finishing touches to your party.

Yes

The first 60 minutes of your party will be spent for active play on the play floor/arcade.  The second 60 minutes of your party will be spent in your private party room, use this time for pizza, cake and presents.   After the 2 hours the room will be turned over for the next family.  However, families are encouraged to stay for open play as long as parents are on site to watch the children.

You and your paid guests have admission into the facility and can enjoy it with the general public.  You have (1) 12 foot table reserved during your party.  Please be mindful that in most cases there is a family scheduled after your 2 hour party and we may ask you to move at the conclusion of your scheduled 2 hours.  Food orders will arrive between 45 minutes and 1 hour into your party. 

 

All our party packages are 2 hours long.   You and your guests are more than welcome to stay after the party, taking our closing time into account and understanding parents must accompany their children.

We allow minor decorations to make your party that much better.  These may include table clothes, balloons etc.  We do not allow glitter, confetti or piñatas in our facility.  Please note we schedule party room times with 30 mins in between to allow for proper cleaning/restocking.  We will do our best to get you into your room early to decorate but it isn’t guaranteed.

Yes we do require a $50 deposit to secure your party date/time.  Your deposit is non-refundable.  If you provide at least 14 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date/time within the following 2 months.  Any parties cancelled less than 14 days will forfeit their deposit.
